As we are running a business, anyone can appreciate there will be some terms and conditions to be found with us as well. Mainly these would have to do with payments and fees. Happy teachers – happy students!

Generally, lessons should be paid for if possible at the beginning of each month in full and via PayPal or Bacs.

If a lesson may be missed, alternative tuition times can be arranged throughout that month. This allows both student and tutor to move ahead with lessons regularly.
In case of group lessons, these will be recorded and can be forwarded to the missing party. This ensures a continuous flow of lessons to everyone in the group. Remember that a full e-mail and homework service is available which is very helpful when missing a lesson.
We can all appreciate that circumstances can change short notice but please be aware that tutors are planning their lessons and schedules to accommodate you. We are sure you understand that therefore lessons which are cancelled less than 48 hours before the beginning of the actual lesson are non-refundable and are excluded from the opportunity to rearrange.
When students decide to enter an examination please be aware that all examination fees with different boards will have to be paid by the students directly to these boards.
